TECHNOPARK16 land designated for industrial use: a key project milestone completed

What industrial land designation means

A land category defines the primary designated use of a territory.

For an industrial park, this is one of the fundamental legal parameters, because manufacturing, warehousing, logistics and a range of other commercial facilities must comply with land-use and urban-planning regulations.

Designating the TECHNOPARK16 site for industrial use creates the legal basis required for the park’s further development: land surveying, formation of individual plots, engineering-network design and the subsequent construction of resident facilities.

For each specific facility, the permitted use of the plot, urban-planning parameters and the applicable design and construction requirements are also taken into account.

42 hectares for manufacturing businesses

TECHNOPARK16 is being developed in the Pestrechinsky District of the Republic of Tatarstan, near Novoye Shigaleyevo.

The total site area is approximately 42 hectares. The project provides for 104 land plots starting from 2,000 m², making it possible to select a site both for a small enterprise and for a larger manufacturing or warehouse complex.

TECHNOPARK16 continues to prepare the site and infrastructure for new manufacturing, warehousing, logistics and service companies in the Republic of Tatarstan.

Future residents can already select a plot based on the required area, facility format and the needs of their business.
