TECHNOPARK16 has entered another stage of infrastructure development with the start of construction of the site’s security checkpoint.

The checkpoint will become an important part of the industrial park’s access-control and security system. Residents, employees, customers and freight vehicles will enter and leave the site through this facility.

For a modern industrial park, controlled access is a key piece of infrastructure. It helps organise traffic flows, improve security and create more comfortable conditions for companies operating within the park.

The checkpoint is part of the comprehensive work to prepare TECHNOPARK16 for manufacturing, warehousing and logistics companies.

In parallel, work continues on transport and utility infrastructure, formation of land plots and creation of a comfortable environment for future residents.
